P1 – General Applications for Food Processing

This session covers a variety of food processing applications for PEF, MEF and plasma. Effects on microorganisms both for inactivation and recovery after the induced stress as well as improved mass transfer for fruit processing and for extraction of proteins are exciting topics to be discussed.
