Admission to the full congress programme, welcome reception, coffee breaks and light lunch is included in the registration fee. There is a small surcharge for the congress dinner.
Membership rates are reserved exclusively for those who hold a membership of ISEBTT through 2022. NB! Please use the email address you used for your membership of ISEBTT, when you register for the congress.
If you need a detailed receipt including payment of membership and congress registration, please contact the chairman of ISEBTT (http://www.electroporation.net/council/).
Accommodation
The congress venue is located in the centre of Copenhagen near public transportation. A number of hotel rooms have been reserved for the participants at the congress venue and the nearby budget hotel WakeUp Copenhagen. These rooms can be booked through the online registration.

Welcome reception
The welcome reception will be a great opportunity to network with colleagues from all over the world and catch up with old friends.
Please remember to register for the reception in the online registration.
Congress dinner at Tivoli
The congress dinner will be held at Tivoli Gardens. It will be a unique opportunity to network with fellow congress participants and enjoy delicious food and excellent beers in the beautiful atmosphere in the old amusement park.
The congress dinner is not included in the registration fee, but you can purchase a dinner ticket through the online registration. The price of the tickets are 10 EUR (excl. VAT) for Postdocs/Young Investigators/Emeritus/Students and 30 EUR (excl. VAT) for everyone else.
Cancellation terms for registration and accommodation
Cancellations must be sent in writing (by email) to the congress secretariat at [email protected].
Refunds will be granted as follows:
- Cancellations received before July 8, 2022: cancellation is free of charge
- Cancellations received after July 8, 2022 but before August 18, 2022: A cancellation fee of 223.5 DKK (30 EUR) per cancellation will be charged
- Cancellations received after August 18, 2022: no refunds will be granted
No refunds will be granted in case of no-show. If for reasons beyond the control of the organizer, the congress is cancelled, the registration fee and accommodation costs will only be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the congress.
Invitation letter
Participants can request an invitation letter through the online registration from the congress secretariat ([email protected]). The invitation letter will only be issued upon completion of registration and receipt of the full pre-payment of the registration fee. This invitation letter does not involve any commitment by the congress secretariat to cover fees, accommodation, travel expenses or other costs associated with participation in the congress.
If a participant’s application for visa is refused, the congress secretariat will refund the paid registration fees. Refunds will only be processed when the congress secretariat has received a copy of the refusal letter before August 15, 2022.
