Please be aware that there is a company called ehotelservices.org / Expo for Hotel Services / Expo Housing Services (and perhaps others) approaching sponsors, exhibitors, speakers and committee members about hotel room bookings.
We would like to make you aware that this is a scam and is in no way, shape or form, linked to WCE 2022. Don’t give away any credit card details!

Venue
The Tivoli Congress Center is situated right in the center of Copenhagen. The floor plan available to the congress is one very large plenary room which will house respectively plenary sessions, parallel sessions and poster sessions, as well as further three large rooms for parallel sessions. In the lounge area between the lecture rooms, exhibitors will be present. Coffee and lunch will be served in the lounge area, included for conference participants.
The Tivoli congress center is also a hotel, at which participants can choose to stay. Further possibilities are two budget hotels vis-à-vis the Tivoli Congress Center. Further options to stay are basically anywhere in the city since walking, bicycling or public transport is very easy.
The harbour is a right by the hotel, and you can wander along the quayside and reach anywhere in the city on foot in a few minutes. Copenhagen has a bustling life with many restaurants in all price ranges, night life, shops and many interesting sights and museums.
